Pedro has been an amazing part of our lives, looking after Martini since he was just a puppy. Over the years, he’s done more than simply care for my dog; he’s become part of our family. Pedro is truly wonderful, and that is the honest truth. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog.

Igor came recommended by a friend as a dog behaviorist and walker, and I'm glad I listened. My dog had become aggressive after being spayed, constantly following me around, which was quite distressing. She was over 1.5 years old when Igor first met her, but even in that initial 3 hour meeting, he managed to correct her behavior impressively.
He not only worked with my pup but also took the time to educate me on dog behaviors. Over the course of 5-6 sessions of behavioral walks aimed at helping her feel more comfortable and secure, we saw significant improvements. Igor is great!

I've been working with Ana from Dog Factor since February [2022](ct+tel://2022) to help with my dog's desensitization and it's been an amazing journey. My dog had a lot of trauma, but thanks to Ana, she's no longer afraid of things that used to scare her. Ana is incredibly reliable and has won the complete trust of both our dog and us.
She always provides activities for us to work on each week, which have made a world of difference. Our dog is like a completely different animal now - happier and more confident. Ana handles behavioral issues like a pro, and communication-wise, she's excellent; we even have a WhatsApp group for regular updates or questions, and she's responsive even during her vacation. I recommend her highly; she really is the best at what she does.
