Anat's yoga class at the studio exceeded my expectations in every way. The atmosphere was so calming and the space had a depth that took me by surprise - it was much more than just another yoga session. Anat begins each class with a reading, setting an incredibly profound intention for our practice which really resonates with me. Her guidance throughout is clear and helpful, ensuring I get the most out of every pose and sequence. Not only did the class surpass my fitness goals, but I left feeling uplifted and spiritually elevated. The location of the studio is great too, with plenty of parking nearby which adds to the hassle-free experience.

Before moving here, I stumbled upon Yoga by Luna W at the Kynd Space and was instantly taken aback by how genuinely interested Luna was in my well-being, even before my first yoga class. It wasn't just about the poses; she created a warm, caring atmosphere that really stood out to me. Joining her Saturday morning classes in Cascais became a highlight for me - the extra touches like her home-cooked treats after sessions showed how much love she puts into her work. Luna isn't your average yoga instructor; she's got this spiritual depth that doesn't come off as 'woo-woo' but is instead inclusive and relatable. She even made it appealing for guys like me to embrace yoga fully. Now I attend her classes twice a week with my family over Zoom and plan on joining her retreat. I've been around the block when it comes to yoga teachers, and I can confidently say Luna is special. For my birthday, she held this incredible private session arranged by my girlfriend at the time - our place was filled with candles and it couldn’t have been more memorable. Luna has truly brought something unique into my life through her practice.

I attended a mother-and-child yoga class in a park led by Jessica a while ago, and I must say, it was quite a pleasant experience. Initially, I had my doubts about how well the kids would participate, but Jessica managed the class expertly. She kept the little ones engaged in a circle so they wouldn't run off. Her guidance was clear and professional; she definitely knows her yoga terminology. The session lasted around 45 minutes, which was just right. One of the best parts was Jessica's punctuality—she's always nice, and on top of that, her pricing is extremely fair considering it's essentially a class for two people. Highly recommended for parents looking to share some relaxation time with their children!

Luna from Yoga by Luna W has become such a big part of my life with her inspiring yoga classes. I've explored various styles and teachers, but it was Luna's sessions that really resonated with me, compelling me to continue beyond the initial two free weeks. While she primarily offers private lessons, I was fortunate to attend her classes at the Kynd Space. Her presence is incredibly calming and positive; it's not just about the movements in her class but also the wholesome experience she creates. Luna shares profound stories and wisdom that reflect on life, adding depth to each session. Her voice during Shavasana is soothing, and when she goes around with lavender oil, it enhances my relaxation significantly. Moreover, the studio ambiance—with its candles and scented sticks—adds to a truly lovely atmosphere. Luna's approach isn't merely teaching yoga; it's about guiding you through an enriching journey both physically and mentally.

I started attending Sara's meditation classes at Saríssima-CCascais Meditation Club after moving to a new neighborhood. Having done yoga before, I was drawn to the spiritual aspect of her sessions, and I appreciate how she helps me become more aware of my body. Sara is an incredible person and an excellent teacher who truly understands what each individual is seeking. Her classes are not only great for my physical and mental well-being but also foster a sense of community among the students. The studio is clean, safe, well-organized, and beautifully designed with lots of greenery. With eight classes offered weekly, including Saturdays, I find going three times a week fits perfectly with my schedule as it complements my strength training routine. I highly recommend her!

I've been attending Sara's yoga classes at Sara Sútra for the past two years, and it has been a wonderful experience. I originally joined as a hobby to improve my yoga skills, and thanks to Sara's awesome teaching, I've made significant progress. Her studio is spacious and comfortable, with carpets indoors and a lovely garden view that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Besides the regular group classes, I've also participated in two of her events which included singing and workshops—these were well-organized and enjoyable. The environment she creates is always perfectly suited for yoga practice.
