I recently used Jérôme Merle's transport services to move some artwork from a gallery in Milan to Portugal and then again from Lisbon. I had heard great things about them through Ana Martinez at AGS, and they lived up to their reputation. The quote process was smooth, and although they're not the cheapest, you get what you pay for – top-notch service that's worth every penny. It's clear why they are so well-rated; my items were handled with care, arrived in perfect condition, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. Their friendly yet professional manner made me trust them implicitly with my valuable pieces. They really know what they're doing in this new niche of art transport. I've used their services more than once now because of the excellent quality-to-price ratio and would recommend them without hesitation.

I recently used Jérôme Merle's service for shipping goods from Lisbon to Brazil and had a very positive experience. Jérôme, who is French, was recommended by a friend when I needed to send some items over. His team picked up the package, took care of insurance and packed everything securely. The delivery was done through a subcontracted company in Brazil but the coordination was seamless. My items arrived in perfect condition within the estimated time frame of 30–40 days; it took exactly 35 days. I appreciate how professional they were, always wearing uniforms and using branded vehicles, which added to their credibility. At the end of the service, they even requested feedback through a satisfaction survey, which shows their commitment to quality service. His quote was also among the best out of the four different companies I considered.

I recently hired Jérôme Merle to help me move my furniture when I switched houses in Lisbon, just 2 km apart. In a previous move with a different company, I had a terrible experience, so this time it was refreshing that there were no delays and the move did not exceed the estimated time. I chose Jérôme because his business is already a partner of mine and I trust his excellent services. Most of my communication was with Ana Martins and we spoke in French; only with the movers did I speak Portuguese. Overall, it was an efficient and reliable service that made my moving day much smoother.
