I had the pleasure of using João's services from West Portugal Tours during my visit to Portugal last year, and he was fantastic. Over the course of 5 or 6 days, we toured around Lisbon, Porto, and the Douro Valley. João was always on time, courteous, and professional. His vehicle was new and clean, making for a comfortable ride. He was also flexible with our schedule and provided great insights about unique aspects of Portugal. As a luxury retail travel advisor in the U.S., I've also booked João for many clients who have all been impressed with his beautiful itineraries and warm service. Cátia Silva provided me with an exceptional 5-day private tour of Porto and the Minho region. Not only was she punctual, picking me up at the airport, but she also went above and beyond by handling my laundry without being asked. Her knowledge of Portuguese history enriched our visits to each site, making them culturally engaging. As I'm learning Portuguese, Cátia tailored the entire tour to help improve my language skills, encouraging me to converse with locals and conducting impromptu grammar lessons. She was very accommodating when I wanted to adjust the pace of our trip, showing great flexibility in extending my stays in Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima. Her friendly demeanor made for great company throughout our journey. Because of this wonderful experience and her responsiveness to all my questions, I've already planned another tour with her for October. My previous 4-day trip from Lisbon to Faro with Cátia last November was equally enjoyable. Highly recommend her tours if you're looking for a personalized experience!

I recently took a gallery tour with Tomer and it was an amazing experience. We visited four galleries, and despite living here for two years, he introduced me to places I never knew existed. Tomer was incredibly kind, professional, and engaging; he gave us fascinating background information on the galleries and the art scene in Lisbon. He definitely knows a lot about the artists. All my questions were answered during the tour. What I appreciated most was how interactive the tour felt—Tomer let us set our own pace and spend as much time as we wanted in each gallery. Highly recommend this enriching experience!

I had an amazing tour in Sintra with Miguel from Classic Lisboa Ride about two years ago. We explored the castle and villages for around 4 hours, Miguel’s expertise really made the experience memorable. He exceeded our expectations, he shared fascinating anecdotes and showed us hidden gems we didn't even know to ask for. I've stayed in contact with him and been recommending him to all my friends visiting Lisbon. His service is exceptional, the whole vibe is super friendly during the tour. Plus he picked us up and dropped us off to our place, and did the tour in a vintage Datsun car, which made it such a customized experience! And being French myself, I appreciated his excellent French-speaking skills. If you're looking for a tour guide, you won't be disappointed by Miguel's services.

She was fantastic at organizing the whole trip; always picked me up on time which made the experience really convenient. Joao we actually found by a lucky accident when he first started his business, we tried to book a tour with one of his competitor friends but he was fully booked, so his friend recommended him. We scheduled one tour with him and we ended up doing 2 more when coming back to Lisbon, because of how enjoyable the experience was. João is not only professional but also very personable; he made us feel like we were exploring with a friend rather than just a guide. He makes everything feel very comfortable during the tour. He allowed us to customize our itinerary, which was fantastic, and he's always respectful and fun to be around. I've recommended him to many people because of great he is as a tour guide. We've even kept in touch since then!
