Navigating the world of wine can be an exhilarating journey, and Petra offers a remarkable experience in doing just that. Having attended three of her workshops, I found them to be meticulously organized and educational, particularly her sessions on Portuguese wine regions such as Dão and Alentejo. As someone with 30 years in the wine industry, I've encountered many events, but Petra's stood out for her depth of knowledge and the quality of wines selected. The attention to detail is evident with the informational sheets provided on each wine, offering more than what's typical at such events. The workshops were well-paced, spanning about two and a half hours, allowing time for discussion and even revisiting certain wines. Despite being held in a vegetarian venue, the wine pairings were excellent, showcasing Petra's ability to create a sublime tasting experience. Her sessions don't feel rushed; they strike a balance between educational and social, creating an inviting atmosphere. I have no doubt I'll be working with her again for future events, and I regard her experiences as among the best in Portugal.
