I've been using Márcia and her team at Amclean Higienização e Impermeabilização for quite some time, scheduling their services twice a year, during summer and winter. They handle everything from my sofas and chairs to carpets and pillows. The service consistently leaves my home smelling fantastic, which I love. One of the things I really appreciate is that they have equipment that dries the sofas and all the rest, so after cleaning, we can use them right away—no need to wait! Márcia and her team are always punctual, and their communication is excellent. I give the products she uses a thumbs up for their quality. While the pricing might not be the cheapest, it's fair considering the effectiveness. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience in terms of service and courtesy, making it well worth the cost!

I recently used Amclean for a thorough sofa cleaning, and I would rate my experience quite highly. Márcia and her team did a good job, leaving my sofa both clean and smelling nice and the drying process was efficient. The communication with the team was excellent; I didn't have any issues. While I found their pricing to be moderate compared to other options I researched, the quality of the service justified the expense. Although I didn't interact much with the team due to working from home, they were courteous and friendly. I'll definitely consider using their services again when summer comes around!

I had Jonas from Sofa Cleaner Sweet And Great come over to clean my sofa and a few carpets about two months ago. It was just a general cleaning service, but he did an outstanding job. Everything turned out perfect; I was really impressed with the results. Communication was smooth since we spoke in English, and I appreciated that he arrived right on schedule. I'll definitely be using his services again in the future.

The booking process was a breeze; we arranged everything over WhatsApp and settled on a convenient time without any hitches. He completed the work in under an hour, which was impressive. My sofa looks fantastic after the cleaning – it kept its shape and feels just as comfortable as before, with no stubborn stains left behind. Plus, Jonas was very considerate about cleanliness; he wore protective shoe covers without me needing to ask him to do so. The couch was completely dry within a maximum of two days. Highly recommend his services for anyone in need of a thorough sofa cleaning!

For over two years, I've relied on Marcia from Amclean for cleaning my sofa and carpet, and I couldn't be more pleased. With a three-year-old and two dogs, things can get pretty messy, but Marcia and her team always leave everything spotless and smelling fresh. They come every few months, and I appreciate their promptness and reliability, even when I'm not home. Although I haven't tried the waterproofing, the regular cleaning service meets my needs perfectly. Overall, my experience with their courteous and professional service has been excellent!

The cleaning was effective in removing various stains and spots, which I was pretty happy about. Communication with Jonas was smooth; we managed to get by using both English and Google Translator when needed. He's generally punctual, although there was just one instance where he arrived late but courteously let me know ahead of time. Overall, it's been satisfactory service – good enough that I've recommended him to others.
