Mélanie has been my go-to for reflexology massages, and let me tell you, it's an experience that goes beyond just a foot rub. She has this unique ability to tap into your energy, figure out what's off, and somehow manages to fix it right up. I've had the pleasure of her services around 20 times over six years. Despite my frequent travels, she accommodates by coming to my place which is super convenient. After each session, I feel light as a cloud and the blissful effect lingers for 2-3 days. Mélanie conducts herself with great professionalism; she's very discreet in her work. Honestly, with the quality she provides, she could easily charge double!

I've been seeing Odete from Odete Cruz for about three months now, and I had a reflexology treatment that was really effective. I was feeling very tense, and the treatment helped me find balance; I'm very satisfied with the results. Just three weeks ago, I went back because of an intense pain in the sole of my foot that I'd never experienced before. Odete was extremely professional and provided an accurate diagnosis. The space is comfortable and well-ventilated, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her services – you can trust her completely!

I've known Odete Cruz for a while and have previously used her personal training services, which I admired a lot. Recently, I returned to her for reflexology due to an issue with my tendons that made it difficult for me to move and walk. After just one session focusing on my feet, I've experienced a significant improvement and can now walk much better. Odete is extremely professional, always punctual, and thorough in the services she offers. She's also very friendly and easy to talk to. Her studio is clean, safe, easily accessible by public transport—overall an excellent setting. I'd recommend Odete's services to anyone in need without hesitation!

I've had several sessions with Odete and she's been a lifesaver. The first time I sought her help, I had fainted in the bath, hitting my head. When I regained consciousness, I was worried and asked her to check my head for any issues. She noticed a misalignment and after just one session of craniosacral therapy, my neck felt so much relief; it was amazing considering my frequent cervical and trapezius issues. Another time, after twisting my ankle with persistent sharp pain, Odete worked on it with mobility movements near the ankle area. It took about four sessions to get better. Most recently, she helped me recover from knee surgery by reducing swelling and scar tissue through exercises and massages over six sessions. Odete is a perfectionist; her studio is incredibly organized, clean, and safe. Just yesterday, I recommended her to one of my Pilates students who was looking for an osteopath. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in need!
