I've used Brightman Group twice to purchase properties, and both experiences were great. The first time, I was buying a home in Cascais for personal use. Since I wasn't in Portugal, we did a video call to view the property. By the time I arrived, everything was set except for closing the deal because I wanted to see it in person first. It all went as planned—they met my needs regarding bedrooms, budget, and location. Later on, I bought another property as an investment to rent out. Their service is very good and helpful. I'll definitely use them again if needed!

I reached out to Brightman Group to help me find an apartment to buy. I had been living in a rental in Portugal since February and wanted a home of my own. We started looking around May or June, and the process went smoothly. I told Anne what I was looking for: number of bedrooms, a balcony, location with good schools, and a safe and quiet neighborhood. She provided great guidance as we looked around Cascais and Oeiras. After several visits, we found one that I liked. Anne even set up another visit for my husband since he couldn't make it the first time. She was very helpful and friendly throughout the process, keeping us informed about other interested buyers too. From making our offer to signing contracts and finalizing everything on closing day, she was there every step of the way!
