I've been working with Catarina at Pianos.pt, specifically with Pedro Coelho, for several years now. He tunes my piano, and even after a few weeks, it still sounds great. The children notice the difference and love how much better it sounds after he's done. Pedro is always efficient and never delays appointments. He also takes care of moving the heavy pieces himself, which I really appreciate since I can't do it myself. Not everyone knows how to handle a piano like he does!

I've been using Pianos.pt for piano tuning for the past three years, and I couldn't be happier with Catarina's service. They are incredibly knowledgeable and responsible, taking great care of our piano. It's old so it's quite challenging to tune it but they do a great job. They have also been looking after my mother-in-law's piano for about 15-20 years, and we've always been very satisfied. They visit our home twice a year, are always punctual, very nice, respectful, and thorough in her work. Scheduling appointments is easy, payments are straightforward and completely reasonable, and they are quick to sort out any issues if they arise. Overall, I highly recommend their services!

I've been using Catarina at Pianos.pt for regular piano tuning every six or three months since I moved here six years ago, and I've always been pleased with their service. In addition to their piano tuning services, they also reconditioned my piano by installing new strings and hammers, and I'm really happy with the results. The sound is noticeably better and it plays more smoothly now. They are always on time and stick to their promised schedule, which I appreciate.
