Kassy recently worked with us for a week as a personal assistant for our research project at Science Po, and she was very helpful. She helped us with the organization of interviews and a trip to Brussels we were planning, which saved us a lot of time. Kassy is very organized and serious about her work, and I appreciated her energy and communication skills. She speaks Portuguese well, has a good level of English, and quickly learned what was needed without much explanation. Having known her from Brazil, I can say she's expressive and she also learns fast. Overall, she made the whole process smoother for us.

I've been using Simplify for a while now and Marta has been an absolute lifesaver. As an expat, it was daunting to manage everything but she handles my lease, medical stuff, car registration, and even finds lawyers when needed. She's incredibly efficient at coordinating house maintenance too – I don't have to lift a finger. I've been working with Kassy for about seven or eight months now, and she's been a huge help with all kinds of things. She finds pet carers for my dog and veterinarians, which is a big relief. Kassy also assists me with help for visa document collection, finances, and taxes. On the personal side, she helps me find dinner spots and caterers, books trips like my recent one to Douro, and plans travel details. She arranges things like getting an electrician when I needed one at my apartment. When I'm away, she waters my plants too! Communication is great, we are able to communicate through WhatsApp messages and occasional calls; she's very trustworthy and usually early for everything.
