Elle est incroyablement bienveillante et rassurante, répondant toujours présente pour moi et mon compagnon, surtout quand nous avions des tonnes de questions. Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué c'est sa disponibilité continue; elle était là pour nous même après les séances et la naissance, prête à donner des conseils ou à partager ses contacts par message ou téléphone. Elle nous a été d'une aide précieuse en matière d'allaitement. Recommandée sans hésiter!

I had a few prenatal sessions with Susana from Light on Life, which were incredibly helpful for both me and my husband. She guided us through the healthcare system in Portugal and provided valuable contacts for hospitals. After we welcomed our baby, she visited us and offered unwavering support. Her personalized service extended to being available over WhatsApp whenever we had questions, which was a huge comfort. One thing I would suggest is perhaps more frequent check-ins. The educational resources she provided were one of the key benefits that made our experience with her truly stand out.

Justine from Justine Philbert - Accompagnante périnatale was a fantastic support during the last trimester of my pregnancy. She helped my partner and me immensely in our birth project and made us feel more connected as a couple. Her availability stood out; no matter what we needed, she was there to assist, especially with establishing breastfeeding. The follow-up care was excellent, and I really appreciated how she tailored her support to fit our individual personalities. Her attentive listening skills made the whole experience very personal and comforting.

I hired Susana from Light on Life as my doula when I became pregnant in Portugal, which was a new experience for me. During an incredibly tough time, after losing my baby at 16 weeks, Susana provided immense support and even assisted with the legal aspects while we were in Spain. Thankfully, I got pregnant again and despite the distance, she offered us online courses on birth and postpartum, which were invaluable. After giving birth, she visited us. I would have loved her there during delivery to capture the moments with her amazing photography skills, but due to financial constraints and COVID restrictions at the hospital, that wasn't possible. Throughout it all, she was gentle, professional, kind, and always available whenever we needed her guidance, I'm really grateful to have found her!
