I've hired boats from Lulu&Frankie three times for various celebrations, and their service is exceptional. Unlike other companies where the crew does their job without much engagement, Lulu and Frankie really join in on the fun, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere. Their boat is spacious enough to accommodate 20 people comfortably, making it a great choice for gatherings when friends are in town. Safety is a priority as they make sure to explain all do's and don'ts before we leave the harbor. They offer different packages with all sorts of amenities you can think of or you can bring your own things - either way works great. Plus, they have real cutlery onboard which adds a nice touch compared to typical plastic ware. It's clear that they've thought of everything to ensure you have a good time!

I recently went on a sailboat tour with Furanai-Sailboat Tours, led by Tatiana, and it was a wonderful experience. We sailed on the Tejo and visited places like Belem and Alfama, getting to see the city from the water. Tatiana shared interesting facts about the monuments we passed. Onboard, we enjoyed wine, ham, and cheese as we watched the sunset. The boat was beautifully maintained with wooden features that felt like a hidden gem. Safety instructions were clear; they showed us where life jackets were stored and reminded us not to hold two drinks at once. The atmosphere was relaxed with music playing, not too loud, in the background for our group of eight. It was also good to hear a bit of Portuguese and Brazilian, not only English just to feel like a tourist. I was very happy about the experience and overall service was great

I've rented boats from Lulu at Lulu&Frankie several times for different occasions in Lisbon, including morning trips, all-day outings, and sunset cruises. The boat is brand new and incredibly comfortable, with a spacious net to lounge on and a great layout that connects the inside cabin with the external terrace. Even though I brought my group of 22 people aboard, it never felt overcrowded. Lulu offers additional services like providing food and even has DJs available—she's quite a good cook herself! It's convenient that you can bring your own drinks or choose from her offerings like sushi or Spanish cuisine. Safety is also taken seriously; they provided vests for our small kids. The service is comprehensive with a few crew members on board to assist—our group had a DJ and an attendant who served food and kept everything tidy. After doing my research, I'm convinced you won't find another boat service like this one in Lisbon. Lulu is an outstanding host who speaks multiple languages (Portuguese, English, Spanish, Danish) which made communication easy. She's very client-focused and flexible to accommodate various needs. Highly recommend booking with her if you're looking for an enjoyable experience on the water!

I went on a sailboat tour with my boyfriend a few months ago with Furanai-Sailboat Tours, and it was an amazing experience. The 3-4 hour trip along the Tagus River in Lisbon was beautiful, and we enjoyed every moment. Tatiana and her team were fantastic; they were always ready to explain things and answer any questions we had. Safety was clearly a priority, as they showed us how to use life jackets and what to do in case of an emergency, though everything felt very safe throughout the trip. The boat was clean, including the bathroom and dining area. I've been recommending this tour to all my friends visiting Lisbon because it really is worth it!
