I recently used Box House, run by Frederico and Pedro, for a move from Marvila to São João das Lampas. A friend recommended them to me. The process started with some texting, and they quickly arranged a visit to give an accurate quote after seeing the furniture. We had to change our moving date by a week, and they were very flexible about it. They suggested we pack our things ourselves to save money, but when they saw how we packed, they repacked everything carefully without charging extra. On moving day, they showed up with a big truck and handled all the heavy lifting efficiently. Despite the helpers not speaking much English, Frederico and Pedro communicated well with us throughout the process. I was impressed with their service so much that I tipped them after we shared a meal together once everything was done!
