I've had Ines from One of Us Kitchen cater a birthday party for my kids, and I've attended two other events she catered—one for another child's birthday and a corporate event. She has this knack for creating healthy dishes that are both eye-catching and delicious. Instead of the usual chocolates and candies, Ines uses bright colors in her healthy food to attract the little ones, which is quite clever. Her presentation is always stunning and original; it really makes the food pop. At the corporate event, which was more formal, her positive attitude was still shining through even though it wasn't kid-focused. Although Ines mainly handles food, I've seen her do some decorative touches like bringing along picnic baskets and towels to enhance the experience. I really recommend her services to everyone who has kids and wants to follow a more healthy lifestyle!

I recently hired Ines to cater for two educational camps I organize for kids in Constancia, north of Lisbon. She delivered food directly to the campsite and I was really impressed with her service. Ines provided us with a varied menu that's quite challenging given the outdoor setting, but she managed it brilliantly. The price-quality ratio was amazing considering we had more than 50 kids to feed. Also, Ines was very attentive to dietary restrictions; she always had alternative options for children with allergies and made sure everything was perfectly labeled. We've worked with her twice this year and both times were a great success!

I reached out to Ines for my daughter's third birthday party catering and I'm so glad I did. I chose Ines because I wanted healthy, locally sourced food for the event. She delivered on that and so much more, providing everything, including napkins and tables. Once I gave her the park location, she took care of the decoration and set up all the food, except for the cake that my mother-in-law made. Ines was impeccable from start to finish; by 10 AM everything was perfectly in place even though we only arrived at 10:30. Afterward, she also handled all the cleanup. It was a fantastic experience!

Why we created Locallista?
As expats, we understand how overwhelming it can be to settle into a new city, where even simple tasks become difficult without a network, complicated by language barriers and cultural differences. That’s why we created Locallista — a closed platform where expats connect with trusted service providers recommended by the community, ensuring clear communication in English or their native languages, making life easier.
