Humberto has been my personal trainer for some time now, and I've truly appreciated the personalized workouts he crafts for me. He's incredibly knowledgeable about health and nutrition, which is one of his strengths that stands out to me. Not only does he excel in personal training, but he's also great to talk to—a real boost during our sessions. He's flexible enough to conduct training at my home, which makes things so convenient. Although sometimes he talks a bit too much during our sessions, it's part of what makes him personable and easy to get along with. Humberto knows a lot about holistic approaches, proper nutrition and creating effective workouts tailored just for you. One thing though—while I understand the traffic issues can be a hassle, Humberto isn't always punctual. But overall, his professionalism and friendly demeanor more than make up for it. With his help, I've been able to meet my fitness goals consistently.
