I've been interested in TejoMed for a while, especially since I haven't had much success with long-term care from doctors here in Portugal. I've had two appointments with Dr. Luisa—one in person and the other over the phone. I wanted to improve my health, so then she recommended me some supplements. I appreciated how thoroughly she asked about my medical history to tailor the care to my needs. The clinic is always clean and makes me feel comfortable whenever I'm there. While the price is a bit high, I think it's worth it given the quality of service they provide.

I went for an in-person consultation at TejoMed because my health insurance from work is quite basic and doesn't cover everything I need. I was looking to do a check-up and had some knee discomfort, so I decided to try their services. They did a thorough evaluation of my basic exams and even assessed body fat, which was important as I'm on a weight loss journey. Dr. Luisa was incredibly kind and welcoming, spending over an hour asking questions to understand my health history fully; they also have you fill out a form beforehand for this purpose. The service felt very personalized, and they were quick to respond when I messaged them afterward with questions. The clinic is always clean, and appointments are easy to book with just one day's notice—plus there were no delays during my visit.

I heard about TejoMed through friends and decided to give it a try because I was looking for doctors who would pay more attention to my concerns. My experience was very positive. The doctor was incredibly attentive, and I've never had such a thorough consultation before—she spent 1 hour and 30 minutes getting to know me and my medical history. Scheduling an appointment was easy; I only had to book one day in advance. I'm scheduled for some check-up exams next, then I'll return for the results. The clinic is in Amoreiras, which is a convenient location, and it's clean and well-equipped!

I've been searching for a family doctor who can provide long-term care, and I found exactly that at TejoMed. Although Tyler is the founder, my appointment was with Dr. Louisa, who is the best doctor I've encountered in Portugal. She spent an hour and a half with me, carefully reviewing everything and focusing on functional medicine—a rarity here. Unlike other doctors who rush through appointments, she takes a holistic approach and didn't just hand me a prescription to get me out the door. Setting up an appointment was easy; they responded quickly online and even have an app where Dr. Louisa promptly uploaded all my notes after our meeting. Despite my mistake in submitting forms late, she went out of her way to prepare by coming in early for our morning session. The service is quite expensive as they don't accept insurance yet, however, the personalized care I received was worth it.
