It's been three months since we started using the lenses she provided, and although there were some initial challenges in learning how to use them properly, Liliana has always been attentive and ready to answer all our questions. The whole team gives off a family-like vibe; they are not only friendly but also very professional with up-to-date knowledge. I recently had my family members visit Ortho-K, where they were seen by Liliana, the optometrist. My wife, mom, and our caretaker all had different eye issues and needed expert care. My mom has a history of eye cancer and cataracts; my wife had a growth on her eyelid affecting her vision; and our caretaker was experiencing headaches with visual disturbances. Liliana was fantastic—she was thorough with their appointments and made sure they got all the answers they needed. She even corrected a previous doctor's diagnosis, a doctor that none of them liked. Although she's not an ophthalmologist, she has a lot of expertise and still sent their cases to be double-checked just in case with the specialist later on. What impressed us most was how she went above and beyond; she followed up with everyone and even called late in the evening to confirm appointments when I wasn't expecting it until the next day. It's hard to find someone who can get you in quickly these days, but Liliana managed it when others couldn't. Despite the ophthalmologist being unavailable for a month, Liliana managed to see us promptly and coordinated everything smoothly.
