Getting electrical work done is a task of precision, and my experience with Eduardo from Worktime Instalações Elétricas was mixed. On the practical side, the electrical adjustments were carried out efficiently, resolving the phase calibration issue perfectly. Eduardo’s team was timely, clean, and ensured everything was safely executed. However, when it came to handling the administrative side of the job, particularly the paperwork needed for increasing our home's electricity capacity, the process was frustratingly cumbersome. I found myself repeatedly following up and requesting corrections, which became quite a chore. Despite these hiccups, communication with Eduardo was clear when we actually spoke, and his pricing was fair. Overall, I might consider hiring him again, but I'll definitely hope for smoother administration next time.

From start to finish, my experience with Vasyl was exceptional. After contacting him on a Wednesday via WhatsApp, he promptly scheduled a Saturday morning visit. True to his word, he arrived slightly earlier than planned, which I appreciated. Vasyl's professionalism stood out as he accommodated additional repairs beyond our initial discussion. He even went shopping for necessary supplies and explained every issue with clarity, something previous electricians failed to do. While he doesn't speak English, I was able to speak Portuguese with him and my husband easily bridged the gap using Google Translate. He left my place spotless, and his pricing was reasonable for the 6 hours he worked, including materials. If electrical needs arise again, he’ll definitely be my first call.

I've been working with Eduardo from Worktime Instalações Elétricas for about three years now, and I've had a very positive experience. I run a lighting company, and he handles the equipment installations for our clients. Once we set up the contract, Eduardo takes over and contacts our clients directly. We’ve never had any complaints from them regarding delays or the quality of his work. I plan to keep using his services in the future!
