I was impressed by the professional service; the driver was dressed in a suit and spoke English fluently. They were ready and waiting for me at the airport with a sign displaying my name and offered a seamless ride home in a clean, well-maintained van equipped with amenities like water, AC, and phone chargers. Communication was a highlight as they reached out via WhatsApp before my flight, which not many do. The service was smooth and priced fairly, especially considering the market alternatives. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I recently was in Portugal, and our tour agency provided us with Gerardo Filipe from Casa as our driver. We didn't choose him ourselves, but we were pleased with the match. Gerardo picked us up at the airport and drove us around for three days, showing us places like Sintra and Cascais. Although we had a language barrier since my family speaks Spanish and he wasn't fluent in it, he made an effort to communicate using a mix of Portuguese and Spanish. He shared interesting facts about the city, recommended dishes, and told us where to find the best fish. The car was clean and comfortable enough for our needs, and he always showed up on time—even waiting patiently at some meeting points. Overall, we felt safe with him as our driver throughout our trip!
