I've attended dance classes with Dilma Maria at Dance to Connect for two years, and I've really enjoyed the experience. I love the songs she chooses and her unique teaching style, which aligns well with the studio's connect philosophy. While I didn't quite click with some of the other teachers, Dilma's guidance always resonated with me. Her ability to manage groups is impressive, and she's definitely experienced in her field. The studio is one of the best in Lisbon, though I wish there were more flexible hours available. Overall, it's a great place and Dilma is a great teacher.

I attended dance classes at Dance to Connect with Dilma Maria for about a year while I was in Lisbon. The teachers are definitely very experienced, and the studio is well-equipped and very suitable for practicing. I always felt safe in the space, which made it a comfortable environment to learn in. Even after moving to Austria, I continued attending online because of how much I enjoyed the classes. Although sessions were on a fixed schedule, Dilma showed some flexibility when needed, which was helpful. Overall, it’s been a great experience being part of this group class both in person and online.

I've been a student at Jazzy Dance Studios since 2019, and I absolutely love it. Dancing here is my daily stress relief, and I've met some incredible people who have become friends. The studio itself, especially Jazzy Santos, is spacious and well-equipped. Some of the popular classes do get pretty packed, but it's worth it for the experience. The staff are friendly and treat you like more than just a client; they make you feel like a friend. Overall, it's been a great journey for me at Jazzy Dance Studios and it's definitely worth it!

I've been attending dance lessons with Dilma Maria at Dance to Connect, and I have to say, it's an amazing experience. Dilma is highly skilled and genuinely lovely. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel welcome and gives personal attention as she checks you in for the class. She starts with an introduction and an opening circle, explaining everything clearly so everyone feels comfortable regardless of their dance experience. Dilma's classes are unique because they focus on finding your own authentic expression rather than following strict steps or structure. The exercises include both solo movements and group interactions, making it a great way to connect with others while feeling completely at ease in your own space. The music choices are fantastic, adding to the uplifting atmosphere. Additionally, if you're interested in a more spiritual or therapeutic aspect of movement, her sessions accommodate that too. The studio we used was clean and full of positive energy. Dilma is incredibly accommodating—she kept me updated via message since I travel from far away—and she's always quick to respond. With 25 years of experience in similar activities, I can confidently say that Dilma is excellent at what she does!

I've been attending Danielle's biodance lessons for over four years now, and it's genuinely one of the best experiences I've had. I've danced in many countries with various facilitators, but Danielle has a special touch that sets her apart. She explains things simply and knows how to guide the group for an exceptional experience. Her deep connection to biodance, with many years in the field and a family history rooted in it, really shines through her teaching. The classes are in a convenient location in the center of Lisbon, and they always start and end on time. It's great that she can conduct the class in English, Spanish, and Portuguese seamlessly. The sense of community is great too; we often have lunch together after class. Additionally, there are workshops twice a year that offer immersive two-day retreats which I find very enjoyable and are something I always look forward to! Danielle's personal attention to each student is impressive; she's not only a skilled facilitator but also offers psychological insights during several free interviews throughout the year. Her dedication truly helps people transform their lives through biodance. I've seen people transform both mentally and physically through her sessions; it's amazing!

I've been attending dance classes at Jazzy Dance Studios for five years, and I absolutely love it. The instructors are experienced across all genres, from pop dance to hip hop and ballet. I usually go to two of their locations; the main one has seven studios, and the other has three, so they’re well equipped. The class schedule is flexible, which is great for fitting in after work. It does get busy around 6 o'clock, but the atmosphere is always super friendly with good vibes.
