I've done both couples and individual counselling with Christian, and I was pleasantly surprised by how effective he is. Initially, I was hesitant about finding a good counsellor, but Christian came highly recommended by a friend, and he didn’t disappoint. His approach skillfuly blends awareness, mindfulness, and psychotherapy, which works well for me. What stands out the most is how he really thinks about my goals before each session to help identify the actual issues we need to work on. He's given me a practical framework that I can use in everyday life to tackle various challenges. Christian is also very flexible with scheduling sessions, making it all worth it for me.

I've been seeing Christian for couple counseling, and I must say, he has a wonderful energy that's both calming and effective. Both my partner and I feel comfortable with him, as he's friendly and very good at what he does. We've had about five sessions so far, and they've been genuinely helpful. The advice he gives us feels more like guidance rather than pressure-filled homework, which I appreciate. His approach is practical yet allows us to discover insights on our own. His clinic in Lisbon is easy to access and a pleasant space to be in. Communication is smooth through WhatsApp, and he's always punctual for our appointments. The pricing seems fair given the quality time we spend with him. Plus, his spiritual, holistic approach resonates with me—it’s refreshing compared to traditional therapy methods.

This is my seventh time going to her, and I keep coming back because she's a great therapist with a lot of experience. She's always on time, and scheduling appointments is easy.
