I recently purchased a computer from Temaibay Unipessoal LDA, and I must say, I'm quite pleased with the service. Itay made sure that my laptop arrived on time and the customer support was excellent. They were always available to answer any questions I had. Plus, I also bought a QWERTZ keyboard, which is perfect for the German-speaking market that I'm dealing with. Definitely recommend them for their attentive and reliable service!

I visited PCILAB about 6 months ago because my laptop needed a new battery and some cleaning due to overheating issues. The staff at Samuel's shop were really nice; they disassembled my laptop in front of me to check for the right battery type, answered all my questions, and shared useful computer care tips. They were professional and kind throughout the process. They ordered the battery and let me use my computer until it arrived, which was considerate. Although they initially said it would take 2-3 days to fix everything, it ended up taking a week - that was a bit disappointing. However, their pricing was transparent and reasonable - only about 20 euros for labor on top of the part cost. Since getting my laptop back from them, it's been working perfectly without any follow-up issues. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service despite the longer wait time.

I've bought two computers from Itay at Temaibay Unipessoal LDA, one about 6 years ago and another one this year. Both were second-hand but refurbished with parts replaced as needed. They come with a generous 5-year warranty, which really came in handy when I needed to replace the battery even after the warranty had just expired—they allowed it, only charging me a €45 shipping fee. Delivery has always been on time; they keep you posted when the item leaves the warehouse and when it's expected to arrive. There have never been any delays and communication through WhatsApp has been clear and straightforward. The prices are fair too, I bought a computer for 1300€ that if it was new would get close to 2500€.
