I've been working with SPIC AND SPAN. Home & Office Cleaning for nearly two years now for cleaning my Airbnb properties. It's a bit different since we need flexible scheduling due to guest turnover, and they've been accommodating. We usually have different cleaners except for one property that's cleaned every Monday. I appreciate their flexibility; even when billing errors occurred, like being charged for extra hours once, it was promptly corrected. The cleaning team does a good job; I haven't had any complaints from my guests so far. Recently, they started doing laundry as an additional service we're trying out. They've adapted to our needs by using the bio products we prefer and ensuring availability throughout the week—even on weekends—which is crucial for last-minute bookings. One thing to note: traffic in Lisbon sometimes causes them to be slightly late but communication is good so it's never been a big issue—I'd rather have my customers see the place being cleaned anyway! Plus, their cleaners are patient with special requests from guests like dusting curtains due to allergies. Overall, while I don't interact much with their customer support team apart from rescheduling services occasionally, when I do contact them they're always friendly and helpful.
