I've been visiting Espaço Quiroprático Lisboa for my chronic back pain and I'm really impressed with the service. The place is clean, nicely decorated, and I always receive a warm welcome from the reception staff. They're incredibly flexible with appointments, even if you need one at the last minute. Sabrina did an excellent job explaining chiropractic care during my first visit. Initially, I had treatments twice a week to correct my pelvis position which was causing my back pain. Then we moved to once a week, and now I'm on a maintenance schedule of once a month. Her treatment plan is tailored just for me and she's always attentive to my needs. Sabrina also gives great lifestyle advice like how to sleep or sit properly at work which has made a big difference in managing my back pain.

I've been seeing Sabrina at Espaço Quiroprático Lisboa for nearly 4 years now, initially out of curiosity because I was new to chiropractic care. I instantly loved her comprehensive approach, which included focusing on posture, sleep, and overall lifestyle habits. What started as weekly sessions gradually spread out, and now I go every 1 or 2 months or just when I'm feeling off physically. Usually, it only takes one or two sessions with her to fix any pain or stiffness that used to linger for days on end. Sabrina is incredibly gentle; she always clearly explains the issues and her treatment plan. The space itself is welcoming - clean and beautifully decorated. Every visit is a relaxing break from the daily rush, leaving me much more relaxed with long-lasting benefits.

I've been relying on painkillers for years to manage my chronic migraines and neck pain, and though I tried regular physiotherapy, I had never gone to a chiropractor before. After hearing many positive things about Sabrina at Espaço Quiroprático Lisboa, I decided to give it a try. The way she handled my neck during the first two sessions was impressive; her approach was comprehensive as she evaluated the balance of my entire spine. What struck me was her holistic method—treating the body as a whole even when you come in for a specific issue. Initially, I went twice a week for a couple of weeks, then once weekly, and gradually moved to biweekly sessions. Now I just go monthly as maintenance. My flexibility has improved significantly, and migraines have become much less frequent—I hardly need medication anymore. If an episode does start up, Sabrina always manages to fit me in quickly. Sabrina is gentle yet skilled with an incredible knowledge of the body's workings. Her treatment has truly made a difference in my life.
