To my surprise, Carlos and his partners were able to do the installation at my place. It took them just three weeks to set up the entire VMC system, which has been working great. Carlos is extremely professional, and I've been very pleased with how well my air conditioners have been maintained since. What stands out about Carlos is how personable he is and his commitment to doing a thorough job—it's truly durable workmanship. It's rare to find someone so willing to take the time to explain things clearly to their customers; Carlos goes above and beyond in this regard, ensuring everything was perfectly delivered.

I hired João from WSM - Wide Services & Management, Lda to do some renovations and install air conditioning in our new apartment in Lisbon. He was prompt and delivered good work. When there were things that didn't go as expected, he was open to finding solutions that worked for both of us. Communication with João was clear, which I really appreciated. He's a friendly guy who took the time to explain the process and recommended getting a larger external unit for our A/C needs, which has worked out great. He even positioned it thoughtfully so it wouldn't be an eyesore or disturbance. Also, I've heard horror stories about contractors disappearing mid-job, but João was incredibly trustworthy – we gave him a key without any worries at all!

I've been using João from WSM-Wide Services & Management, Ltd. for about a year for my AirBnB accommodation in downtown Lisbon. We had an issue with our air conditioning units in four rooms, and João was quick to respond to our emergency. He was able to come up with a great solution; he managed to fix two of the units, which was impressive considering they were 15-20 years old. Although, the machine needed replacing, João installed a complete new system promptly and efficiently, leaving the place clean afterward, which really surprised me. Often technicians just want to replace without attempting repairs first, leaving you without AC for ages. So I really appreciate João's ability to find a fix first. His technical knowledge is spot-on; he's been doing regular maintenance checks since that on our filters and ensuring everything runs smoothly so it doesn't waste energy.

I'm really happy with the service provided by João from WSM - Wide Services & Management, Lda. He's very professional and friendly. He arrived right on time as we had arranged. I'm satisfied with how he handled the maintenance of my air conditioning unit. This was done just before I had to turn on the heating last year, so it was right before winter.

I recently built a new house in Mafra and hired Carlos for the supply and installation of air conditioning units. We got five units in total, one for the living room and one for each of the four other rooms. Carlos also installed our water heater. His team handled everything from providing a quote to installation and maintenance services professionally. About a month later, they came back to adjust the thermostat on our water heater with no fuss. And just two months ago, when one A/C unit wasn't cooling properly at the start of summer, they were quick to fix it within 20 minutes. Really impressed with their responsive service!
